Lately I have been bumping into a lot of people at IM workshops
and meetings that have one thing in common.

Information overload !!

Most of you are probably the same, jumping from one system to
another, buying loads of ebooks and never having the time or the
energy to implement things to their fullest extent.

My advice is this. If you have an ebook or course on how to make
money then use it. Read it, understand it, and implement it to
it’s fullest extent.

OK so the ebook is showing you how to build (for example) review
sites , what most people do is maybe build one site (when you
should build 20 or so!) leave it up for a month or two and then
act surprised when it does not make any money….

What you need to do is build 10 or 20 sites and really promote
them with all systems and niches there will always be winners and
losers.

This is what I have found in my $100 per day challenge. Of the 20
Adsence sites I have put up only 14 are in the top 100 in Google
and only 6 of the sites are making any consistent money , SO
FAR….

There is a lot to be said for picking a system and really giving
it a good push, and working on it and refining it for how you
work and think.

Having said that – the whole industry offers people a) the
promise of easy money and b) an endless succession of bright
shiny toys to play with

So its no real wonder that so many people try a system for 4
weeks, don’t really implement it fully, and then move on BUT
that’s no way to build a business -much less run one….

When Xmas comes around I always find myself with spare time -
fewer interruptions on the phone – no pressure to answer emails
etc.

So I am setting myself a little challenge to make life
interesting….

The other night I was out with a friend of mine and he was
telling me about some of his websites that generate him between
10 and $20 per day. The interesting thing is that these sites are
Adsense websites.

This really made me sit up and listen because obviously some
people are still making good money with Adsence. The other
interesting thing is that he outsources most of the work, and by
the way this guy has over 500 websites.

It got me thinking though, what if I had 10 Adsense websites that
made me $10 per day?

10 websites shouldn’t be that hard to build and getting an
Adsense website up to $10 a day shouldn’t be that hard. I’m not
talking about spam web websites here, I’m talking about websites
with good unique content that get updated regularly.

So I have set myself the $100 per day Challenge.
Now, does anyone here want to take part in this as well ?

Just to add a little bit of competition, and when you get nagged
at by people to do stuff, you have an excuse – Sarah’s $100 a day

So my next newsletters and videos are going to be about how to
make $100 per day because I think it’s a realistic amount that
even a beginner can make, and it’s enough money for some people
to quit their day jobs.

you’ll need to make $100 per day, such as registering a domain
name or setting up Web hosting & FTP.

I think the best way to go about teaching you guys how to make
$100 per day is for you to watch what I’m doing, so I am going to

I going to give myself a time limit for this project and some
rules.

1.The $100 per day will have to come from brand-new websites I
build specifically for this challenge.

2.The challenge ends at the end of February.

Okay how am I going to do this? While the first thing is that I
am going to do is spread the load a little, so below is a list of
the different types of websites I will be building.

Google Adsense websites – I am hoping each site will bring in
between $2 and $10 per day. So if I build 10 or 20 of these sites
this will be a big chunk of my target.

Conduit websites – basically these are mini review sites. I plan
to build some of the sites myself and also outsource some of the
sites using elance. If I can get an average of $50 per week per
site this would be good.

Video marketing – I will be doing two types of video marketing,
creating review videos and uploading them to all of the video
sites such as YouTube, with an affiliate link. The other type of
video marketing I will be doing is the YouTube loophole.

Tools For The Job

But before I start there are some things I need to get sorted
out, such as tools for the job. The first tool is a keyword
tool.
I’m going to need this to find some red hot niches. I have
downloaded market samurai and I have to say it is one of the best
keyword tools I have ever used, just playing with this last night
I found several incredible niches.

You need to find a market that have high search volume, low
competition in Google as well as a product to sell, or good
Adsense earnings – Market samurai does all of the above and
more.

The second thing I will need is a way of speeding up my SEO and
getting all my sites ranked well in Google. One tool I have been
using for a long time is something called linking loophole, this
is one of those tools that really works, however it still a
time-consuming job to use the software.

The same company also has a piece of software called Brute Force
SEO. The main difference is that it is completely 100% automated
and the results are incredible. So I’ll be using this for all my
projects.

Last weekend I was speaking at The Internet  Wealth Creation Summit as well as filming the event. I managed to get my first subscribers to moneymakers TV whilst up on stage for the first time.

To say I learnt a lot – especially from the practical session that Andy Harrington ran (after I had done my bit unfortunately!)

Being up on stage presenting is a scary task and is one of those things that has always been a big fear of mine, but I think now I’ve done it once it shouldn’t be so scary next time and I should be a bit more relaxed – I’m already booked in to speak at another event next month.

Going to Internet marketing events is always a strange business, I always seem to see the same people buying packages at each event.

However I do see some people buying several different packages at one single event which is slightly worrying because there was no way they would have time to implement all this stuff. It’s also worrying because a lot of these packages cost upwards of £1000 / $1500.

I just wonder how may people who buy these packages actually take action?
Or do they just cancel the ones they don’t want later ?

Some of the speakers at events really give good content away, if you just follow what they’re saying, take action and actually do this stuff you will make money.

Take Saj P for instance, he gave away some incredible content on how to build a business using eBay.

I’ve mentioned Saj P before and told you about the incredible content he gives away when speaking on stage. Well this weekend he did almost the same presentation he did the other month

It really just hammered home to me how easy this stuff can be. Like I said before I am implementing his eBay system starting this month. As a special gift to you I’m letting you view his presentation he gave on how to make money with eBay.

Setting Up A Mastermind Group

Another thing that happened over the weekend was that I got chatting to a couple of friends and we all agreed to set up a mastermind group. Basically we will meet every 2 to 3 weeks and discuss different strategies for making money online.

We will also help each other out with our businesses, for example if we are having problems with one particular aspect, and we  also keep each other updated on different and new strategies that we might be undertaking.

The two things I’m planning to start implementing are, media buying and the eBay system.
At the first meeting I’m hoping to discuss my strategies for these two new systems.

I also will be setting out a check-list of things I will  have completed before the next meeting.

I think this is a really good way of getting things done as you have to hold yourself accountable if you have not completed your check-list by the next meeting.

Knowing you are accountable to others is a great way of ensuring you get things done !

I see mastermind groups as a great way of bridging the gap between working on your own with limited contact, and full blown coaching programmes.

This was my entry into affiliate marketing, this is an
intermediate course, so I really dived in at the deep end. One
month after reading this book and watching the DVD workshop I was

seen !!! The book is not sold any more , however the author, John
Barker has recently released a new book , The Affiliate

So there you have it, all the books and courses that made a
difference in my Internet Marketing education. I could do a list
of the turkeys I have bought, but I will spare you that  well
maybe until next time !

It wasn't long ago that I went to my first Internet marketing
meeting. It was the "London Lunch" organised by Martin Avis. Over
lunch I got talking to a couple of guys by the name of Chris
Freville and Phil Wiley, both of whom are very successful
Internet marketers who you may have heard of.

I told them what I was doing with my review sites and my success
with ad words and they both told me that I should be building an
e-mail list, and if I wasn't I was "leaving a lot of money on the
table".

Phil told me that his record is (US$63,000)  commissions in one
day from one email !. I then got talking to Martin and he told me
that his record is $6,000 in 24 hours  from one email. It got me
thinking, am I missing out on something here?

Building a list is something that Internet marketers recommend in
many of the books and videos I have collected over the last few
months, but I'd always thought building a list as being too
difficult, and then I had absolutely no idea what I would write
to my list about, especially since I'm dyslexic.

I went away from the "London Lunch"  (is there a New York Lunch
?) with the clear idea that I was going to build a list, but
still a little unclear about what I was going to do with my list.
My plan was to create a give-away product but make it as good as
possible - with a really good e-cover and very good content so it
is good value and not just a nothing give-away product or report.

Well I created three video courses and gave them away for free in
the Warrior Forum, as well as other places on the Internet. It
wasn't long before I had a list of 600 people. But I still didn't
know what to do with  my list.

I bumped into Martin again at Frank Garon's workshop in July and
saw him presenting on stage where he was showcasing his latest
product - a newsletter pack which contained  templates  for
creating newsletters. All you had to do was insert your own
message at the top of the Newsletter  and the rest was already
written for you.

Every week I hear someone saying that Adsense is dead, you have  
probably heard the same. But let me tell you that although I  
don’t make a huge sum of money from Adsense I still make a few  
hundred dollars a month from Adsense, and by the way I don’t have  
hundreds of sites. Most of my revenue comes from only 4 sites !!

A friend of mine, Stephen Crooks  started a very popular thread  
on the Warrior Forum $100 a day Adsense challenge

The challenge was to create a Wordpress blog from scratch that  
would make $100 a day in 3 months.

This was a tall order, he failed. By the end of the 3 months his  
blog was up to $20 a day, but hey that’s $680 a month !! Two  
months later his blog was up to $40 a day, not bad…

Stephen has put together a blueprint of his system, it is what I  
use for all my Adsense sites. It’s an easy way of generating a  
few hundred bucks a month on auto pilot.
