This is a great video and thank you for sharing it. I used to do this for my site and then I started using a tool that makes it a lot easier called GoTryThis. It manages all of my affiliate cloaks on every domain I have all in one place which is rather nice. Plus it gives me stats such as how many clicks I get and that the referring domain is. Here is my affiliate link for their service. http://klk.to/subu And if you would rather just go there without the affiliate link you can just go to http://gotrythis.com Hopefully you use my affiliate link. Thanks mucho.

John(creator of GTT) has also asked me to be a part of his small team of people who create training videos for it so if you have any questions, let me know and I can find out. Once the training videos are done, they will all be public so you can see them on youtube, etc…

    Hi Sarah

Thank you very much for that very infromative video, but could you please go a little slower in future (call me thick if you like lol) but it is a bit hard to follow for a newbie like me.

Hope that you and David are well and hope to see you both at another event soon.
Mark Anastasi’s was the last time.

    Best wishes

    Hi Sarah,
For those using wordpress, I’d strongly recommend using the Pretty Link plugin.

It’s also free, it also allows you to track clicks, but it gives you the option of completely cloaking the domain where you send people – so when you send them to an offer it still looks like they’re on your site.

You’ll have to expand the link options box when you create a new link, then change redirection type to cloaked and you must change parameter forwarding to standard parameter forwarding.

This is important because when someone at work clicks your link, then emails the offer page to their home computer or a friend, it will still be your page and have your link.

Check it out, I think you’ll like it.

    Very helpful vid Sarah, Thanks.

The link doesn’t work for me though, it just downloads a ZIP file that unzips as another zip file and so on. maybe just post the actual text on this post?
